Cada inicio de año nos llenamos de buenos propósitos y mucha fe en que nuestros deseos se vuelvan realidad.
Pero ¿qué estoy dispuesta a hacer para lograrlo?
Por eso me encanta la frase que dice “para que las cosas cambien, primero tengo que cambiar yo”.
Creo que lo más importante es preguntarnos: ¿qué tal está la relación conmigo misma?, ¿me caigo bien?, ¿me siento tranquila y en paz?,¿realmente me amo?
Ahí encontraremos un importante punto de partida para identificar qué áreas queremos mejorar y en cuales nos sentimos bien.
Podemos lograr todo lo que nos proponemos, sólo que es fundamental hacer un trabajo interior honesto y valiente para conocernos, sanarnos y reconciliarnos con nosotros mismos.
Mirar hacia adentro puede darnos miedo porque nos sentimos frágiles y vulnerables, pero precisamente ahí radica la grandeza de atrevernos a dar el paso.
El crecimiento personal nos hace más conscientes de la responsabilidad que tenemos en la vida que elegimos vivir, y nos da la maravillosa oportunidad de hacer las modificaciones necesarias para lograr nuestros sueños.
